Shipping & Delivery
All CocoaBiscuit mugs are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner (Printful). Please review the details below for production times and delivery estimates in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
1. Fulfillment Time (Production)

Orders take between 2 and 5 business days to manufacture and prepare before shipping. The preparation time is added to the shipping time shown below.

2. United States

Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days after fulfillment.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment (where available).
Notes: Orders may ship from different locations depending on inventory. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
3. Canada

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days after fulfillment.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment (where available).

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for many orders, meaning duties and taxes are prepaid and no extra fees are due upon delivery.
4. Europe

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment (where available).

United Kingdom: Many orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so VAT and duties are already covered. Customers don’t have to pay extra fees at delivery.
5. Shipping Rates

All shipments are free for the customer.

If an order ships from multiple facilities, packages may arrive separately with separate tracking numbers.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For US orders, sales tax may apply depending on the state.

For Canada and European orders, duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination.

Where DDP service is available (UK, Canada, some EU countries), duties and VAT are prepaid, so no additional charges are required upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees not covered at checkout.
7. Tracking & Notifications

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date if lost) at hello@cocoabiscuit.com with:

A photo of the item and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Important Notes

Always double-check your shipping address when ordering. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, customs processing, or peak holiday periods.
