1. No Returns for Change of Mind

Since our mugs are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind.

• Ordering the wrong size, design, or quantity.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cocoabiscuit.com with:

• Your order number.

• A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item.

Once verified, we will:

• Send a replacement at no additional cost, OR

• Issue a full refund (including shipping costs).

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items → we cover the return/replacement costs.
